Riverside county based on the following criteria.
Location Type
Prefers free standing buildings or as the "anchor
tenant" in a neighborhood shopping center. Barons
also will consider other shopping environments including
"Life-Style Centers", "Power Centers" and "Multi-Level
Mixed Use Centers".
Size
Minimum building size of 12,000 sq. ft. and up to
20,000 sq. ft.
Parking
Minimum 5 cars per 1000 sq. ft. of Gross Leasable
Area.
Demographics

High density or high growth area with 60,000
people in a 3 mile radius.

Median household income over $75,000.

Large numbers of college educated residents.
