Barons Marketplace is seeking new store locations in Southern California including San Diego, Orange county & Riverside county based on the following criteria.

 

Location Type

Prefers free standing buildings or as the "anchor tenant" in a neighborhood shopping center.  Barons also will consider other shopping environments including "Life-Style Centers", "Power Centers" and "Multi-Level Mixed Use Centers".

 

Size

Minimum building size of 12,000 sq. ft. and up to 20,000 sq. ft.

 

Parking

Minimum 5 cars per 1000 sq. ft. of Gross Leasable Area.

 

Demographics

  • High density or high growth area with 60,000 people in a 3 mile radius.

  • Median household income over $75,000.

  • Large numbers of college educated residents.

To submit a site for consideration, please send the following information:

  • Site/Building Plan

  • Area demographics and neighborhood information for 1 mile, 2 mile and 3  mile radius.

  • Information about surrounding businesses, especially other shopping centers and super-markets.

  • Photographs (or rendering if under development/construction).

  • Arial photos showing roof tops.
